While we all know the purchase and/or sale of a home is a major financial decision, it doesn't have to be stressful, it can also be exhilarating. It provides an opportunity to build equity and access the American dream. After working 15 years on Wall Street, my objective now is to help people attain that Dream. Believe it or not, those experiences as an Institutional Sales Trader prepared me well
for the Real Estate world. Second, everything ultimately comes down to price, knowing the market, knowing value or lack there of is extremely important in every negotiation. It has served we well thus far, so has always listening to the client, understanding their needs, desires and ultimately managing their expectations. There are many variables to consider when purchasing or selling a home, my intent is to provide definitive information generating an ideal outcome.
