Mine? The primary bathroom suite! 🤎

As a working mom of three busybody kids who I absolutely adore, life is always moving! 😂 Between work, family, activities, appointments, and everything in between, sometimes the bathroom becomes our little sanctuary — LOL! The one place where we can close the door, run a warm bubble bath, turn on some music, light a candle, and enjoy a little uninterrupted ME TIME. 🫧🕯️✨

Because sometimes self-care is simply saying: “Give Mommy 30 minutes!” 😂🙌🏾

Getting under contract is only the beginning. A strong Real Estate Agent knows how to navigate the entire transaction, anticipate problems, protect their client, and NEGOTIATE when it matters most. 💪🏾

Inspection report came back, and I went straight to work. 🔍📋 We identified the concerns, communicated the facts, stayed proactive, and negotiated with the sellers to get the necessary repairs completed—saving my clients even MORE money while keeping the deal moving toward the closing table! 🔑🏡
