Director of Luxury Sales, Palm Beach, Florida

Douglas Elliman agent Ryan Gaines serves high level clientele wishing to purchase or sell luxury properties in South Florida. Known for going above and beyond for his clients and anticipating their needs before they ask, Ryan keeps his clients updated on market conditions, makes himself readily available whenever they need him, and responds to their questions without delay. Selling and managing property in the Town of Palm Beach, Ryan has keen insight into the local enclave and world cultural hub. In April of 2020 he purchased a beautiful Spanish Mission home with Art Deco influence in the College Park Historic District. The renovation process began shortly thereafter and has been a direct education complimenting his Architecture studies. Caring for the home's gardens and honing his landscape design style have developed from past time to art form. Fluent in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language, he has thrived under the guidance and mentorship of Douglas Elliman top producer Michael Harris. His ability to assess each client’s needs and desires paired with his constant study of local real estate markets make Ryan invaluable as a facilitator throughout the buying or selling process.
