Happy Saturday! Stopping in for the weekly check-in.

This was a demanding week. In retrospect, I see the difference in my lack of meaningful engagement with social media over the week and how it can negatively affect my website viewership. Did any of you notice a dip in my engagement?

That said, I have set the following weekly recurring goal to avoid this dilemma going forward. I am spending the morning being proactive and crafting all my social media content for the coming week so I can schedule it to post. This will alleviate "I don't have time to do it right now" moments throughout the week. I plan to do this over the weekend, every weekend going forward.

In addition, I will be generating the following weeks content over this weekend due to a hectic weekend of travel in Tennessee for softball.

I did not set any goals for the business last Saturday, but I did follow through on one statement from a previous week; to participate in Stuart's Chamber of Commerce Networking event.

In this event, I spoke to approximately 100 small business owners, chamber members, and folks simply looking to network. I spread awareness about the benefits of Sailfish Home Watch, told them who I was and a little about my background, and thanked them for their time.

The applause reminded me that my efforts and focused commitments are paying off. I took home a lot of valuable relationships from this event and look forward to doing it again soon.

Stay tuned for more excitement in the coming weeks as I finalize my "Who is Sailfish Home Watch?" packet that I will be dispersing to potential clients. This packet will reach clients though some prominent relationships I have made over the years. Catch a sneak peak of the cover! I am open to any and all feedback.

Tons of social media marketing this week, much more than last week. Goal 1 of growing awareness and user engagement achieved.

While I didn't meet my 2nd goal from last week of doubling my average daily visitors to my site week over week, I did increase it from 9 to 12 average daily visitors. So, that's still progress

One thing I didn't post about last Saturday was the users average session time. The average users session duration more than doubled over the past week, which means folks are really checking out the content of the page.

Lastly, made a new promising contact in the pool cleaning business this week. So, hoping for some doorways to open there.

Still a ton of room to grow. Until next Saturday's check in.
