Closed yesterday on this lovely home in Palm Pointe. What an honor it was to work with my dear friend and seller and to get her a full price sale! She requested my homemade carrot cake as her closing gift dessert and even though I hated to see her leave the neighborhood, I'm so happy for her to join her family and move into her brand new home. 🏠🩷
