A: The first step is completing the Home Buyer Questionnaire. This helps your sales team understand what youâre looking for and match you with the best homes available.

A: If you plan to finance your home, the next step is to complete the Pre-qualification Questionnaire. This helps determine your buying power and keeps the process moving smoothly.
