Foster home needed for Magnolia!
Magnolia is under 2 years old, 57 pounds, and one of those dogs who is simply easy to like.
She was originally found as a stray and is now sitting in a shelter awaiting rescue 😢😢😢
She is social, energetic, curious, and loves going for walks. She enjoys other dogs and has shown curiosity about cats without being aggressive. She is still young, so she has plenty of energy and would do best with a family that keeps her active and involved.
She’s affectionate, friendly, and just a really good dog.

Palm Coast is one of the fastest-growing areas in Florida right now, and the new construction numbers prove it. Builders are active all over the city, and for anyone thinking about selling, that changes the conversation completely.

A lot of sellers I talk to are surprised when I bring this up. They assume a hot market means their home sells easily — and sometimes it does. But when buyers have the option to choose a brand new home with builder incentives, warranties, and no renovation headaches, resale homes are competing differently than they were even two years ago.

That doesn’t mean resale homes can’t win. It means they have to be positioned correctly. Price matters, but so does how the home is presented, what it offers that new construction can’t, and how it’s marketed to the right people at the right time.
