We're Hiring an Office Manager! Join our Take Action Properties brokerage team family and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service. π’πΌ
As the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include: β
- Front desk duties, warmly welcoming and assisting clients
- Office managerial tasks, keeping everything organized and running smoothly
- Personal assistant to the broker, providing administrative support
- Transaction coordination, ensuring seamless real estate deals
- Closing coordination, assisting with finalizing transactions
- Some marketing
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, for 8 hours a day on the day shift. No weekends required, so you can enjoy your time with family and friends. πΌπ
In addition to a competitive salary, there's also an opportunity to earn bonus pay based on performance. π€
While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for education, the most important factor is your experience and skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly preferred, and if you have at least 1 year of administrative experience, it would be a significant advantage. Holding a real estate license would also be a plus! ππ»π
