When you list your home with me, my job goes beyond putting it on the market. I personally check my vacant listings every week to make sure they are clean, secure, properly maintained, and ready for showings.
I check the interior and exterior, look for anything that needs attention, and make sure the lawn is being managed. Your home is more than another listing to me. I’ll help protect it, prepare it, and care for it until it’s sold.
