Per UCF's Dr. Sean Snaith, economist, while the U.S. may be entering an economic slowdown, Florida's economy will be sheltered and our growth will remain positive. Since it is an election year, inflation will continue to ease but at the same slow pace. The housing market in Florida has seen lower inventory of homes, especially in the Tampa area. In this real estate trend you just have to be creative with a good loan officer and don't let the negativity interfere with your desire to buy a new home.

As we approach a New Year of 2024, I believe from sources that the real estate market is going to be great.
