Here’s a big SECRET! 💕🦋

You hear me say alot … be extraordinary, extra and extra ordinary! I say it because all of us women deserve to feel this. Extra isn’t just a bougie word, it’s a feeling. And it’s my love language.

When you spend the time for you, take a break to heal or step back from things that don’t serve you or you don’t feel at peace with, you start to feel joy and are able to give a little extra to you. 💕

Your growth is internal… when you choose you, things start to shift. You owe it to yourself to try. Because when you love yourself first… everything feels a little extra!

When I started putting myself first, I started to not care what others thought about me or what the world expected out of me and I could tap into things I never thought possible. 🦋💕

I share things and secrets because I know your worth it. I stopped doing the things that drained me and instead filled my life with gratitude and purpose. This is my extra. And this era I’m in is my fifty shades of extra. Life is different here. Things are slower, I’m more present and patient. The shift is real.

However Instagram and Facebook contestants were all on the wheel and had a chance to win! 💕🌸

I know this is a lengthy video. Obviously not the best for algorithm purposes. 😂
And it’s not going to go viral for sure. 😂😂However I hope it helps you to understand why I do this on social media. 💕✨Also hits on a few key points that I wanted to talk about-

* ✨Where I am in life & my purpose for being here on social media. It’s probably not what you think?

* ✨People being so judgy. Is it really necessary? I respect everyone and I always give props to those I respect but judging only comes from a place of either jealousy, hate or misunderstanding.

* ✨We are who we are so be grateful for the things you have not what you do not have.

* ✨We get older! And once the kids grow we then have a new set of responsibility’s. Taking care of our parents. It’s the cycle of life!

* ✨Do not be afraid or feel weird to spread a lil Jesus if you want. For those who don’t want to hear about it stay in your lane. We don’t hear from you ever anyway unless there’s something negative that you want to chime in about. I don’t have time for that anymore.

* ✨Support those who have the courage to be on social media. Trust me it’s not easy! But I know it means a lot to your friends if you do support them. It costs you nothing & you are seeing it anyway! So show up once in awhile to show you care. 💕.

*✨Talk about hard things. Maybe people will realize that you deserve the respect you have earned instead of criticism.

Quick, easy and light is today’s throw on hair of the day. Had some appointments w Dad today and taking him out for lunch so I needed something easy!! 💕.
