He owned his own pest control company with which a major portion of the business was directly related to the Real Estate industry by doing inspections for Real Estate Transfers. He is still a licensed Certified Pest Control Operator in the state of Florida and frequently consults with a local home inspection company. With this vast knowledge of Real Estate, Home Inspections and Pest Inspections, Carmen is the clear choice when it comes to choosing a Realtor® to represent you in the transaction. He has been very active in the Real Estate and political arena having been a past member of the Flagler Palm Coast Homebuilders Association, a past Director with the Flagler County Association of Realtors® and past chair of the Public Policy Committee at FCAR. Currently, he is vice chair of the Communication Committee, a member of the Public Policy, Professional Standards and Professional Development Committees.
