Another chapter begins… Oh, this one makes me happy.

Living on the Island is special. If you love the water, boating, watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal… you just get it. There is something pretty magical about this lifestyle.

And this home is truly spectacular. But the best part of this one?

My clients.
They are just the most incredible people. Truly. Sometimes you meet people and there really aren't enough words to describe how much you adore them…and these two are those people for me.

So yes, I am excited about the house. I am excited about the Island. I am excited about this beautiful place they now get to call home.

But more than anything, I am excited for what comes next.
A new chapter. New memories. Family and friends gathered around the pool. Days on the water. Laughter filling this home…and all of those little moments that someday become the stories we tell over and over again.

I loved this home. I loved showing it. And I think I was championing it for quite some time, just waiting for the perfect family to call it home.

The funny thing is… it wasn’t even my listing. 😂

I just knew it was special. Solid, spacious, beautifully built and one of those homes I genuinely loved walking into.

So you can imagine how elated I was when repeat clients called me about coming back to Hammock Dunes. I absolutely love these clients, and having the opportunity to guide them for a second time made this one even sweeter.
