I recently performed a new construction home inspection for home in Palm Coast. The water pressure was over 90 psi. High water pressure can cause damage to water pipes and plumbing fixtures if not addressed. This is just one example of the issues I find on new construction. Its a common misconception that new homes do not need to be inspected. If you are buying a new home, I highly recommend getting it inspected.

I often find a pool pump with a missing bond wire when doing a swimming pool inspection. A missing pool pump bond wire is a serious safety hazard that requires immediate attention, as it can lead to electrical shock by creating a path for electricity to travel through the water. The pool pump, pool heater, screened enclosure, and metal within 6 feet of pool should be bonded. I highly recommend, if you have a pool to verify that its properly bonded.
