This picture almost stayed in my camera roll.

Not because it’s perfect…
Because it isn’t.

A year ago I decided I wanted to take better care of myself.

Not to be a certain size.
Not to impress anyone.

I wanted more energy.
More strength.
More years doing the things I love.

Progress has looked more like consistency than perfection.

Some weeks I crush it.
Some weeks I survive it.

But I’m still showing up.

Kind of like real estate…
Success usually comes from doing the little things over and over.
