I DID IT. ❤️🏆

I came to Pittsburgh with a dream I had worked incredibly hard for — to earn my IFBB Pro Card.

I left with TWO.

🏆 1st place 60+
🏆 Overall 60+ Champion
🏆 1st place 55+
🥈 2nd Overall 55+
❤️ Two IFBB Pro Cards

But when I look at these pictures, I see so much more than placings and trophies.

I see every early morning. Every workout. Every setback. Every time I had to get back up and keep going. Every moment I wondered if this dream was too big — and every moment I chose to believe it wasn’t.

Impossible didn’t become possible overnight. I just kept showing up until impossible had to move.

But I also know I didn’t walk this road alone.

There were times when I couldn’t see how everything would come together, but God could. There were doors I couldn’t open, strength I didn’t have on my own, and moments when all I could do was trust Him with the next step.

And He was faithful through all of it.

He gave me strength for the work, courage for the stage, people who believed in me, and the opportunity to experience a moment I will never forget.

At 60 years old, I stood on that stage and became an IFBB PRO.

Twice. ❤️

I’m incredibly proud of what I accomplished — but even more grateful for the One who carried me through the journey to get here.

And somehow… I have a feeling this story is just getting started.

Today was a big day…Sophia’s bridal shower! This event made it all so real…it’s happening…my baby is getting married! She is marrying a wonderful man into a wonderful family and I couldn’t be more excited! May God bless both of you and the lifetime you’re building together! ❤️❤️❤️

It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted any bodybuilding competition photos. The last time I competed was July 2024. I had to take 2025 off because of having major back surgery in March. I’m excited to say that after almost exactly a year from that surgery date I stepped on stage again and this time as a 60 year old! It felt great to be back and I showed up with a different level of confidence, a better and fuller body and walked away with a first place in the overall figure division! This was a smaller show to get my feet wet again but there are several more planned. My next one is in just 3 weeks, April 4th, in Mesa, AZ at the and then April 25th in Seattle at the . After that we are looking at Pittsburgh in July!

If someone would have told me in July of 2024 that I would be taking a year and a half off and having surgery it would have sounded unfathomable that I’d ever step on stage again. But when there’s something you really want, a drive and desire inside you, you can be unstoppable. Discipline (a lot of it), desire, faith, passion, support and that innate desire to achieve will get you through anything. With God in control and my husband (Bob Cummins) by my side riding this rollercoaster, I can do it!
