One thing I've learned as I've gotten older is how easy it is to start saying no. No, I'm too busy. No, I'm too old. No, maybe another time. I've decided I want to keep saying YES—to pickleball, lunch with a friend, a new adventure, learning something new, and sometimes doing something completely outside my comfort zone. Working with your husband can be interesting! Dean looks at a house and immediately notices inspections, repairs, contractors and things that might need attention. I walk in and start thinking about furniture placement, staging, photographs and how we're going to market it. We don't always see the same thing—and that's actually what makes us a pretty good team. He sees the bones. I see the possibilities. Somewhere in the middle, we always agree. ❤️
