This one… was a journey.
What was supposed to be a smooth closing turned into one of the most challenging transactions I’ve had in a while. We experienced long periods of silence, missed timelines, and ended up a full month past our original closing date.
At one point, we made the tough call to cancel escrow and go back on the market. And then—just when it felt like we were starting over—the other side came through and we were able to bring it across the finish line.
Here’s the thing:
✨ In real estate, things come up. Deals get complicated. That’s normal.
But communication is everything.
When there’s no transparency, it creates unnecessary stress, uncertainty, and frustration for everyone involved—especially our clients, who deserve better.
I’m incredibly happy for my seller, who handled this rollercoaster with so much patience and grace. She’s now officially closed and ready to start her next chapter in Northern California. 🤍
