To date we have created correspondent relationships with more than 40 banks and credit unions that lend on cannabis real estate. In addition to banks and credit unions, we also have correspondent relationships with hedge funds, cannabis REITs, and private money lenders.

Loan size: $1,000,000 to $20,000,000+
Interest rates: 9.0% to 11.0% subject to credit and security quality.
Amortization: 25 years
Term: either 5 years or 10 years with a balloon payment due at term.
Loan to Value: 60% of conventional property value.
Pre Payment Penalty: varies
Credit Quality: Must have a strong corporate and personal guarantor.

Our equipment finance program is one of the best in the country.

Interest rates: 10% to 14.5%
Term: 24 months to 60 months
Amortization: Fully amortizing.
