South Palm Desert is still booming. 🔥 And, well… the numbers don’t lie. 😉

Who said the market has slowed down? 👀

📈 Average Sales Price: $1.64M — UP 26%
📈 Average List Price: $1.02M — UP 16%
📈 Median List Price: $620K — UP 5%
📈 Properties Sold: UP 33%
📉 Inventory: DOWN 54% to just 3 months

That last number is definitely worth a second look. 👀

While summer may be quiet on the surface, South Palm Desert is showing some serious momentum. And with our real estate season just around the corner, it will be interesting to see what happens when the desert heats up with buyers again. ☀️🏡

So… has the market slowed down?

🌴 INDIAN WELLS MARKET SNAPSHOT | JULY 2026 🌴

Summer may be winding down, but here in the desert, we know what’s coming next… season! ☀️🏡

The Indian Wells market is showing some encouraging signs as we head toward the busier months. The average sales price rose 17% to $2.44M, while inventory dropped 40% to 4.5 months of supply. With fewer properties sold compared to last year, buyers and sellers will want to pay close attention as we move into the fall and winter season.

As the temperatures cool down, activity typically starts heating up. 🍂☀️ With seasonal residents returning, events on the calendar, and buyers looking to make their move, the next few months could bring some exciting opportunities to the Indian Wells market.
