Donna is seasoned in all types of real estate transactions, from residential sales and foreclosures to investment and commercial properties. She also handles client relocation needs and has extensive international experience that enables her to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds. Upon finishing college, Donna was an account representative for a global company where she quickly rose to the top and was promoted to head of their international division. Being responsible for customers and employees on three different continents, she traveled extensively to carry on negotiations with many Fortune 100 companies. Her expertise in analyzing financial statements, forecasting, due diligence, and contract negotiations was key in raising over $200 million in venture capital for new startup companies. Ultimately, her NYSE/NASD brokerage firm was managing client portfolios ranging in value from $100,000 to $50 million. Most recently, as founder of JF Corporation in 1991, Donna created new and innovative patented technology which is used by major corporations looking to enhance their human resource functions. In 2002, she ventured into the manufacturing sector and procured many contracts, one of which was for the US Air Force. She proudly attributes her success to an “unwavering commitment to quality assurance.”
Loyal to her community as well as her clients, Donna continues on the path of “making a difference” through her participation in a myriad of charitable organizations throughout the Newport area. In 2011, she was on the Beckstrand Cancer Foundation Committee and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Center Stars Segerstrom Performing Arts. Donna, who is blessed with two daughters and two “grand dogs,” relishes time spent with family, enjoys playing golf, and lives each day to the fullest.
