We been coming to the desert for over 30 years and decide it’s time to live here full time. Both of us have joined the Men and Women’s Golf Clubs and participate in many of the functions and activities. We have met some wonderful people and find this such an inviting community. Jay brings over 30 years of experience in senior/executive positions in sales, sales management, executive coaching, and management consulting for international management consulting firms including IDC, CSC Index, Concours Group and QuestG (CEO and Founder). Jay's years of experience includes assisting companies and their leaders in achieving financial, operating and personal goals. These professional successes translated beautifully to real estate, where he could further utilize his communication and negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex projects. Jay started his real estate career on a team that supported an investor in a purchase of over 100 single family homes in Southern California that were further updated for the rental market. He is associated with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Palm Desert where he assists clients in realizing their homeownership dreams by applying his expert selling strategy and negotiation skills. Jay is a top negotiator and knows what it takes to maximize the return on a seller's investment, and how to attain the best market price for buyers and investors alike. As a former executive himself, he can achieve the goals and dreams of his clients.
