1. The price is wrong.
Price determines everything. It affects how many buyers see your home, how quickly it sells, and how much money you ultimately walk away with.
2. The marketing isn’t strong enough.
In today’s market, simply putting a property on the MLS isn’t enough. If your home isn’t being presented in a way that stops buyers from scrolling, they may never even schedule a showing.
3. The property isn’t positioned correctly.
Every home has strengths. If the lifestyle, location, and unique features aren’t communicated clearly, buyers may overlook the value.
4. You didn’t choose an agent who knows how to capture buyer’s attention.
Pricing strategy, marketing, negotiation, and presentation can determine whether a home sits on the market or sells with strong interest.
If your home has been sitting on the market with little activity, the issue may not be the house. It may be the strategy behind it.
