You can find a bigger house almost anywhere.

What you can’t find everywhere: the bike ride to dinner. Sunset walks on the beach. Knowing your kids go to one of the best school districts in Florida. More afternoons outside with them instead of in the car.

Families don’t move here for the house. They move here for what it does to their day-to-day.

How do you define success?

I used to only think of it in terms of winning or loosing in business but now it’s different.

Success is having quality conversations with people, spending time with friends and family and creating life long memories with my girls.

My WHY is to have a life with options. Options to live the life we want to live.

Travel when we want travel

It’s what attracted me to Real Estate and as much as I love helping you buy and sell your home, it’s the relationships that keep me coming back.

Attention is currency.

Gen Z agents are able to attract more attention and will eventually outperform agents with experience.

Now of course this doesn’t apply to every agent, but it’s something worth paying attention to.

There are multiple ways to make money online as a realtor on top of compensation for selling homes, and that just boosts their business in other ways that Millennial and Gen X agents are missing out on.

That being said, at the core of it all is building trust and relationships. If you’re not showing up online with your authentic self, then the attention will only get you so far.

Florida ranks #2 in the country for homes likely to develop mold, behind inly Louisiana. In 2022, mold related claims made up over 20% of all home insurance claims filed in the state.

Your standard home inspection does not test for it. If the inspector can’t see it, it’s not in the report.

Mold can behind a wall, inside your ductwork, underneath your bathroom tile, in your attic. Anywhere moisture sits and air doesn’t move.

If you find mold, remediation runs anywhere from $2,000 for a small job to $30,000+ for a whole hole remediation.

That’s why you should be testing before you close on the home.

Tag your friend who’s about to buy a house without checking this first.

Life should be fun and lately finding things that bring me JOY has been a focus of mine.

Often times we can get stuck in our comfort zone, doing things that are safe and we know the outcome.

Well life is a lot more fun when you challenge yourself and try new things.

I went go carting recently, I learned how to play chess and I’ve been more open to things I normally would have said no to in the past because I was comfortable.

Im also open to sharing more of my personality on here and connecting with the people that enjoy it.

Angelica has cut my hair for 10 years. Today was the last time before she moves to a different state and new chapter.

I didn’t expect to feel it the way I did. But it got me thinking about how little of this I built alone. The clients, the friendships, the people who said yes to a podcast five years ago. The connections are the business and what makes life meaningful.
