Altura Bayshore is a BRAND NEW coming mid 2024 luxury high rise condo. In this video I cover the units, what makes them special, the unique building amenities, and the main attractions to this location.
All 67 units have waterfront views and range in size from 2100 all the way up to 3500 square feet at the penthouse levels. Each unit comes with high end and custom finishes; no two are identical. One of the coolest features to me is the fact each residence has it's own elevator foyer, so you open up right into your own home.
The amenities are on par, or even better, than what you would expect for something with this price tag. The headliner here is the rooftop pool and deck, and it's pretty slick, could be an extravagant rooftop restaurant if it wanted to. On the 4th floor they have the gym that also overlooks Bayshore BLVD, pickleball court, putting green, basketball court, bocce ball, a BBQ area and a shaded dog park.
A 5-minute drive (or 15 minute bike ride) along Bayshore gets you to two of the cooler and newer places in town; Hyde Park and Sparkman Wharf. Hyde Park is a very cool, hip, upscale downtown center with high end restaurants and designer stores, and the vibes are immaculate. It's super well maintained and clean and safe, highly recommend.
Sparkman Wharf is waterfront outdoor bar and venue that has a string of neat small menu restaurant that operate out of reclaimed shipping containers.
