It was a busy week and I’m late sharing, but we closed on a PERFECT, charming condo for my friends parents. They have been renting seasonally for the past few years and finally decided to buy. They put literally ALL of their trust in their daughter and me and actually purchased the place sight unseen, but immediately LOVED it when they saw it in person!

On top of that, we secured a contract on a single family home for another out of state buyer looking to make the Sunshine State their home.

Yesterday we closed on this beautiful beachfront condo. Buyers wanted a beachfront home that they could enjoy with their two precious pups, which can be a hard ask in Pinellas county, with many condo associations allowing zero or only one pet. So when we saw this become available, it was a must see! Despite multiple offers, we were under contract within 48 hours and have officially closed! As you can see, their pups are adjusting just fine to their new view.
