Greg Schriber is an established, licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida. With an extensive background in real estate dating back to 1998, Mr. Schreiber also holds a title insurance license and has owned and managed title companies in Miami. ll negotiate fiercely for his clients. Schreiber is a north-east transplant having spent most of his life growing up in Jersey City, New Jesery. Upon graduating St. Peter's College in Jersey City, NJ with a BS in Business Management in 1997, Greg moved to Clearwater, FL where he began his real estate career. In 1998, he moved to Miami Beach where he partnered with a prominent South Florida attorney and established a highly successful title company in the early 2000's averaging over 75 closings a month for the better part of 8 years. Schreiber was not only the licensed agent but he overlooked an office of 10 while managing an escrow account with a daily float of over $3 million dollars. In 2008, when the market cracksed, Greg viewed this opportunity and obtained a Florida Real Estate License. Most recently Mr. Schreiber has expanded his business and joined real estate powerhouse Keller Williams Realty and is now part of the Keller Williams Coast2Coast Realty Team with Charmay Corrales. Greg & Charmay have represented clients in buying and selling properties on both the east and west coast of Florida. Their work ethic is second to none and they back this with knowledge,expertise and superior communication skills to guide and educate their clients through the entire process of looking for and eventually buying real estate.
