Kim Sobecki, Realtor I am a Residential Realtor in the Tampa Bay Area and have been helping people buy and sell for over 14 years. I like working with both buyers and sellers!

I moved to Pinellas county in 1989 from Virginia Beach, Virginia after graduating Nursing School. I worked locally for 15 years plus as a visiting Nurse. The change from Nursing to Real Estate in 2006 has been exceptional in that I continue to help people! Whether I am helping you sell your home so that you can buy your dream home, size down or get out of a difficult situation like pre-foreclosure, I am continuing to help people. I also work with first time home buyers, luxury home buyers and anything in between! I believe what makes me a good REALTOR, is that I always put my customers interest first! I have found that being a good listener, having good negotiating skills, answering my phone and always being accessible to the customer helps me be the best REALTOR that I can be! DPL tonight at 7:30. A system in the Pacific now looks like it may cross over Mexico and try to develop in the Gulf. I'll talk extensively about it and other rain chances. (If you miss it, I'll post my thoughts later tonight as always.)
