I wanted to thank all of our wonderful residents for their patience over the last couple of months. Due to a chain of unforseen events we were short on maintenance for about a two month period. All of you were so great with caring and understanding that we just wanted to take time to thank you. We are caught up for the most part on all service requests. If for some reason we have missed one of your requests please let us know so that we can take care of you promptly.

Stonegate Apartments supports our local neighborhood businesses. If you haven't been you need to go to Stroker's Palm Harbor. Great place to meet with friends and socialize, play a game of pool or some darts. Have a cocktail and some GREAT food. (not your average bar menu) My favorite is the Latin Sampler. Give them a try and you will be supporting a local business and a few of our residents.
