Just Sold! It is always extra special when a past client reaches out and trusts you to help them with their next real estate endeavor.

Three years ago, I had the privilege of helping these clients relocate to Florida as out-of-state buyers. We spent quite a bit of time exploring all kinds of properties before they ultimately decided on a new construction home in New Port Richey.

Fast forward three years, and their circumstances changed, creating a need to move back north. When they reached out to me to help sell their home, I knew we had a challenge ahead of us.

During our time on the market there were 6 other listings with only one sale in the previous year, and an ongoing HOA litigation in place. Our listing was the only one of the six active listings to go under contract and successfully close during our time on the market.

Together we navigated, coordinated, and talked through their move and pricing strategies prior to listing, the preparation of listing the house including cleaning and staging, one price improvement, open houses, coordination of vendors coming in and out of the home for inspections, roof repairs, and other market competition.
