Kenny Jervis you could say was born with real estate in his blood. Coming from a family owned and operated 75 year old company in Los Angeles and Orange Counties , Kenny has spent the past 35 years listing, selling and investing.

Kenny takes care of his clients as if they are family and treat their purchase no matter the price point, as if they are all the same, as they are to him. Kenny's grandfather which he referred to as Papa Harold, started up the original family business where in Kenny's father Don Sr. ran it for 43 years until he retired and Kenny and his 3 siblings ran the companies for 20 + years before Kenny decided to finally make the move permanent to Palm Springs. Kenny has owned a house in the desert for around 15 years and always enjoyed helping friends and family out in Palm Springs though his main market was Los Angeles and Orange County, so he knows the area and market well. Palm Springs for Kenny is about a lifestyle where we enjoy the quality of life. Kenny's long time mentor pushed for Kenny to be in Palm Springs full time as she said " Everyday you spend is Palm Springs is one week added to your life on the other end"
