Windermere Real Estate Southern California proudly announces Selina Ochoa as Broker of Record overseeing our offices in Palm Springs, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Lake Arrowhead, San Diego, and Beverly Hills.
This appointment marks a defining milestone in a career built through hard work, demonstrated leadership, and a deep commitment to the people and business she serves.
Over a decade with Windermere, Selina has built her career from within. Beginning in agent services and marketing, she advanced to Director of Operations, earned her real estate and broker licenses, and rose to Regional Managing Broker before assuming her new role as Broker of Record. Her ability to excel in each role and take on increasing responsibility accelerated her advancement.
Her experience spans every facet of the brokerage, from marketing and operations to agent development, transaction guidance, and risk management. Combined with her background in business ownership and marketing, that experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of the organization she now leads, the challenges agents face, and the support they need to build successful businesses.
Selina brings both operational expertise and a deeply personal investment in her agents’ success. She is present, accessible, and willing to work through the details alongside our agents. Whether navigating a difficult transaction or planning their next stage of growth, they know they have a partner in their corner and a leader who takes their business as seriously as they do.
