The Chugach is a two story plan with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,168 square feet. Its two story entry and living room pull in a lot of natural light, which is worth plenty this time of year. ❄️

This Kachemak sits on a bluff lot in Stone Creek, with view windows, a patio and a three car garage. It's a single level home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and about 2,032 square feet. ☀️

The Deshka keeps everything on one level, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in about 1,374 to 1,508 square feet. Vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining area and primary bedroom help it feel bigger than the numbers. 🌲

This Kenai in Crystal Forest is finished, and the RV bay on the end of the garage might be our favorite part. It's a two story with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and about 1,947 square feet on a lot of about 0.83 acres. 🏡

This is a Jade we built for a customer this year, and it's a good example of how much a single floor plan can change from one family to the next. These homeowners wanted a pocket office, a small room of its own so the laptop stays off the kitchen table and work stays put when the day is done.

The living room opens to the kitchen under a vaulted ceiling, with big windows looking out at the trees. They chose white shaker cabinets, stone counters and subway tile around a large island, and the primary bath has a double vanity with black fixtures and a walk in tiled shower. The covered front porch was made for slow mornings with coffee.

Every Jade we build starts with the same layout, and the finishes, rooms and details come from the people who will live in it. Our 2026 build season is full, and we're now planning 2027 homes. If you'd like to talk about a Jade of your own, send us a message.

Just a quick point of clarification, Even if you don't have tickets to the Alaska Apple Festival (sold out), we've got tons for you to see and do! No entrance fee, just come hungry and ready to check things out!
