📱🏡 **Some days in real estate write their own story...**

Today was one of them.

I was on the road most of the day, and like always, I had my phone and computer with me so I could work wherever I was. Unfortunately, my phone had other plans... **SOS mode.** No calls. No texts. No updates.

The moment I pulled into my driveway, my Wi-Fi connected and the notifications started pouring in.

Then I saw the message from my buyer:

*"The house we put an offer in on is now pending... did they have a better offer?"*

Cue the panic. 😬

As soon as I could make calls, I got the news we'd all been hoping for...

✨ **OFFER ACCEPTED!** ✨

Sometimes your clients find out before you do. 😂

One thing I've learned in real estate is that you have to be ready for anything. Even when technology doesn't cooperate, my commitment to my clients never changes.
