This sweet family started their relocation search thinking they wanted to be as close to the beach as possible.
But once we spent time exploring the area together, they realized what mattered most wasn’t just beach access… it was having the right everyday lifestyle.
They wanted a large home with a pool, in an established neighborhood, close to golf, shopping, and things to do day-to-day - while still being less than 20 minutes from the beach.
That first trip to Florida, we spent time touring homes in person and getting a feel for each area. Even though we didn’t find “the one” during that visit, we learned exactly what felt right for their family.
Once they were back home in Kentucky, we kept the search going virtually.
A few new homes hit the market… we toured them together from afar… and then it happened.
They fell in love with the one.
We moved quickly, got the offer accepted, and they purchased their beautiful Sarasota-area home for less than appraised value 🙌
