Three traps used to double trap a kitchen sink that should be single trapped. The progression of 3-2-1 is quite satisfying to me in this statement.
Saw this on a 4 Point inspection yesterday. It’s funny what non-plumbers do to make plumbing fit together. It’s like a slide at a water park my kids would like to go on! 🤣

(2) vent through roof pipes on this 1980 home are cut and disconnected below the roof line and in the wall cavity. If other inspectors are watching this video, I implore you to include this important checkpoint on every inspection. This was just a 4-Point Inspection for insurance purposes. The homeowner had not taken advantage of a full inspection, so this is a major find for this type of limited inspection. Enjoy!

The homeowner had a final inspection with a different inspector. They also had the AC contractor out a few times to figure out why the downstairs AC wasn’t cooling properly. This is why our inspection is the best. We would not have missed this. Our method for inspection prevents this from happening.
