We are currently hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician.

Looking for someone with basic turn over experience.

The position would include turnovers and basic cleaning.

You must have a valid driver's license. You also must have your own basic tools. We work in all different weather conditions.

We have properties in the following towns - Palmyra, Macedon, Newark, Lyons, Williamson, Canandaigua, Penfield, Pittsford, and East Rochester.

Please only apply for the Maintenance Technician position if you have 2 years of experience.

Compensation will be based on experience as a Maintenance Technician.
