"Patty was an outstanding partner throughout our home-buying process. She was always readily available when we needed her, and her knowledge of the local market, combined with her experience as a contractor, gave us a level of insight and confidence that was incredibly valuable. She is also exceptionally comfortable with the legal and contractual side of a real estate transaction. She explained things clearly, anticipated issues, and helped us understand what mattered at each stage of the process. Whenever a question came up that didn't have an immediate answer, Patty was determined to track it down and make sure we had the information we needed to make a good decision. Just as importantly, she kept us on task. There are a lot of moving pieces between making an offer and getting to the closing table, and Patty made sure deadlines were met, questions were answered, and nothing slipped through the cracks.
