We proudly support Make-A-Wish, an organization that grants life-changing wishes to children facing critical illnesses. We believe that every child deserves to experience joy and hope, and we are committed to doing our part to make that happen.

To support this cause, we will be hosting a Wine Mixer at the clubhouse on Wednesday, August 13th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The Marc residents will be the first to experience Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck exclusively, at our community on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm in front of our building on Cowper Avenue. We are bringing the convenience of great food to our doorsteps and you will get to dig into the freshest lobster on the West Coast! Come support our local community and enjoy fresh seafood with us! Do you have a pile of gently used clothing laying at home that you no longer wear? Don't let them go to waste! Bring them to the party on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 and receive a ticket for each item you donate. Not only will you positively impact the environment, but you can exchange tickets for other gently used items during our event or enter our raffle! And the best part? Any remaining clothing will be donated to a local shelter!
