High inflation & interest rates, declining stock market, fears of recession has had an effect on buyer demand creating more homes for sale. Best to not jump to conclusion this early, although this window could be the time that many buyers could be looking to capitalize if possible considering the market was unsustainably overheated and is beginning to cool off/ correct.
