After ten years I finally returned back to my hometown China. Everything was a bit overwhelming! Things have changed a lot since my last visit. A smart phone can gets you anywhere and does anything you want. I have to learn quickly to keep up the speed. It was so lovely to walk in my old neighborhood and to see how much the it has been changed. While eating my childhood food and drinking newly invented cocktails, I was thinking of I am in China or new China. I will go back again to another part of China for more exploration.

So much in love with my home made dishes these days. I don’t care that much eating out, but some outstanding restaurants I would go for a deep satisfaction. Home cooking is and will be my life time hobby forever.

So beautiful these doors in London! I have seen so many houses in the US especially in California, I have never seen doors like these so nicely colored. Home owners are so afraid to go out of the comfort zone here. They are afraid of standing out from the rest. To be different is something we need to learn. I do like the blue door. Which do you like?
