Before I even started showing my client properties I made sure she got pre-approved, because you need to in this market. She got pre-approved so I showed her this property the day it went on the market. She fell in love with it right away, as it was exactly what she was looking for. She wanted a smaller house in Torrance with a huge backyard for her dog.

I wrote an offer on Sunday night, received a counter on Monday, revised the offer, and had our offer accepted Tuesday morning.

My client is starting to move her things in this week and couldn’t be happier. It’s her first home and exactly what she wanted.
