Take a look at how interest rates have evolved over the years ! 💰
🗓️ 2020, 2021 “ Pandemic Rates” remember that 😉
Have they gone up after the pandemic ? Yes . So have home prices since the pandemic .And there are no predictions of home prices coming down due to DEMAND. People are still buying and there are not enough homes on the market .
💰 Some don’t know they can refinance their rates later , once they come down .
🛑 What you can’t do , is get back that EQUITY you missed when you waited to buy.

🗓️ 2020, 2021 nos estávamos na pandemia , e os juros baixaram significativamente!
Os juros subiram ? Sim. Assim como os preços das CASAS. E não há nenhum estudo que mostre que eles baixarão tão cedo . Temos muito compradores e pouquíssimas casas disponíveis à venda . Isto explica a DEMANDA.
👉🏼Alguns não sabem que podem refinanciar os seus juros posteriormente .
🛑 o que não poderão fazer é reaver a valorização anual do seu imóvel .
