Over the years, I have listed and sold one of the 3 most valuable homes in Rolling Hills, sold 2 of the 7 most valuable homes in Rancho Palos Verdes, sold 2 of the 6 most valuable homes in Palos Verdes Estates, including several Design Homes. I have also listed and sold at full price the most valuable home in Redondo Beach history at the time sold…a record that took ten years to break! More recently, I continue to set record prices behind the Portuguese Bend Club gates on the Palos Verdes Peninsula where I listed a small home on a very small lot for $1.2 million higher than any home sold in the history of homes behind the gates, sold it at full price, and convinced 2 different appraisers of its unique value. These results in marketing homes and negotiating real estate deals are consistent with my achievements as a former San Francisco attorney for investments and banking and as a former business consultant for Fortune 500 clientele (Litton, ARCO, AT&T). My ability to get Top $ for my Sellers and to negotiate great deals for my Buyers is due to my unique education (Marketing Degree – magna cm laude in 3 years & University of Virginia JD/MBA (tax/finance emphasis) in 4 years).
