I have also listed and sold at full price the most valuable home in Redondo Beach history at the time sold…a record that took ten years to break! More recently, I continue to set record prices behind the Portuguese Bend Club gates on the Palos Verdes Peninsula where I listed a small home on a very small lot for $1.2 million higher than any home sold in the history of homes behind the gates, sold it at full price, and convinced 2 different appraisers of its unique value. These results in marketing homes and negotiating real estate deals are consistent with my achievements as a former San Francisco attorney for investments and banking and as a former business consultant for Fortune 500 clientele (Litton, ARCO, AT&T).
