How are short term rentals impacting your community?

We have seen the crack down on short-term Air BNB rentals here in the South Bay. As a property management company we know the hard work and high turnover / vacancy rate of a short term rental can be difficult to manage and predict.

We prefer to find great tenants and long term occupants. Your long term tenant takes better care of the property than a short term vacation renter. Plus as an owner you are less liable for fixes and maintenance and you will spend far less on advertising and marketing.

Breckenridge and other mountain towns are trying to slow the growth of vacation rentals in an effort to ease housing and labor issues.
