I am so excited to announce that I recently joined the team at Coldwell Banker, Terry and Associates here in Madisonville. They welcomed me with open arms and I’m so excited to be part of this amazing team of Realtors.
For the last four years I sold real estate and lived in Panama City Beach, FL. But I missed the small town and wide open spaces that is KY, so we came back home. I now live in Madisonville with my husband Joey and our 4 German shepherds.
I am proudly licensed in both Florida and Kentucky and am excited to take my previous knowledge and continue to help my clients find the home, condo, investment property, or land that they’ve been dreaming of.
I believe I do real estate differently by going above and beyond, and not stopping until the work is done. From searching for properties, showing them in person or on FaceTime, listing a home and marketing it, negotiating to get under contract, inspections, appraisal, all the way to closing my clients never wonder where I am or what the next step is. It’s all about the details and the organization, and I thrive there.
