Hard to beat ! I am not a licensed financial planner, but I am 99% certain that this will give you a better return than any other financial instrument. And a friendly reminder that the FDIC only guarantees your cash up to $250,000. Folks what is not being reported in the fake news, is that regional banks are failing almost daily. What you probably do know is that your cash is worth less every day as it continues to be devaluated by the FED. Rescue your own cash dont wait on uncle Sam because he is not here to help, get some rental income, a tax haven and a spot on the beach with parking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s your financial planner is probably broke as a joke, follow the smart money.

TOOTSIES-So much speculation. Will the new Tootsies be built here? Does anybody really know? Will this increase property values and desirability ? I don’t know 🤷‍♂️. But what I do know, is that you will be able to walk there from Top of the Gulf. I also know for a fact that Bay County has zero tolerance on DUI . Please Don’t drink and drive, and don’t let your guests . I currently have three ground floor units priced between 299k and 255k . Skip the drive, skip the elevator and skip the DUI!

I am Very Proud of the way that Debbie handled this one for her long time customers, as they purchased with their eyes wide open.
