Sold!!! I can officially add "Assumable Loans" to my resume. My awesome VA Air Force Buyer locked in a 2.375% interest rate on this great house close to base!!

Phew.. that one was not easy. It took an incredibly patient buyer, seller and really all parties involved. We went under contract 3/28 and closed 6/30! Some things are worth the wait. One could say it was a doozie. I literally brought double doozie cookies to the closing! haha
