Day 2 of NXT GEN Realtor Summit was nothing short of incredible! I got to hang with so many of my favorite Realtor peeps and those affiliated with our Realtor Association. The best part - I got to listen to one of my favorite idols in the Real Estate Industry be a keynote speaker and meet him afterwards - The one and only, Jared James!

In case you don’t know, Jared is a top producer and coach to other agents up in Connecticut and he’s been recognized globally for his influence and success in the real estate industry. He’s one of the people that influenced me to use social media to help market myself so to get to see him speak live and meet him was truly a dream for me. Thank you so much Kristina Briscoe Realtor- Keller Williams Success Realty for taking so many pictures for me documenting every second of my meet and greet! Today was truly special 🥰 Jared James

If you haven’t seen my latest listing you are missing out! This beach house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, golf cart rentals are about 1 block up the road, it can comfortably fit 6 people and it’s got great rental potential. It’s also now on city sewer no longer on septic and you could easily put a pool in the huge backyard. It’s got an excellent location close to Tootsie’s, Newbys, the slingshot, mini golf, go carts, less than 10 minutes to Walmart and many other great restaurants, bars, and St Andrews State Park is just minutes away. Call or text me today to schedule a showing 📲850-775-7885

Day 1 of CPAR’s NXT GEN Realtor Summit did not disappoint! It was the Broker Summit today but I wanted to see first what all the vendors had to offer and enjoyed all the speakers that gave some very informative information. And I won a huge gift basket from Guild Mortgage Company with lots of fall and Halloween goodies which was also awesome!! 🤩 Looking forward to Day 2 tomorrow.

Never will I forget that day. I still remember exactly where I was in first period at Bay High School in the 9th grade when my teacher was pulled out of class by our teacher next door and a kid from that class came over and changed our TV to the news. I could not believe what I was seeing. The stories people told of their loved ones later that afternoon brought me to tears. So many lives changed forever. And we will never forget ❤️🇺🇸
