Master bedroom has a sliding door that allows you to walk out to the patio with a beautiful view of the gulf. People love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool area and beach. The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony. You'll notice immediately the extras around the condo meant so you wouldnt have to bring as much from home or go out to purchase items you wont use again once you leave. We have beach chairs available for you to use, along with boogie boards, beach towels, a cooler you could wheel with you downstairs, and a variety of games to play while making memories on your trip. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master and 2nd bedroom both have a king bed in each. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The couch in living room also has a pull out bed if needed. Located on the 7th floor so it is not too high and not too low. No street to cross over because the building is right on the beach! Property is gated and has security at the entrance. Plenty of parking especially on the side where the unit is located. There is washer and dryer located inside the unit so no need to take your clothes anywhere else during your stay. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. A quick drive will get you to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. This is the perfect location in PCB so you're not sitting in traffic while on vacation. Feel free to message us if you need some flexibility with your stay.
